Dawsons Garden World

We went on a Sunday and were surprised at the lack of staff. We wanted two specific plants, but the person in the shop couldn't leave the area to help. We were unable to find any other staff members, so we decided to have a coffee. Unfortunately, we were told the wait for a coffee was around 30 minutes, so we left. The whole experience was very disappointing, and we shall probably not return.

What a fantastic garden nursery. More like an experience in someone's garden then a nursery. There's a great cafe on site. Nursery staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I always enjoy a visit here.

Never in my life have I experienced anything like this nursery My Mrs and I spent hours walking around the most gorgeous secrete gardens we were both in absolute awe. Honestly you need to go here if you’re a green thumb so many specials and everything you could imagine. 100% worth the small drive

The Experience at Dawsons Garden World, Forrestfield was amazing. This Nursery has a lot of selection of Plants like roses, azaleas, succulents, shade plants, tropical, fruit trees, indoor plants and many more. This nursery is different to a lot of other nurseries as it has a huge canopy of natural trees, a lot of places to sit and rest. A tropical forest feel in the middle (Garden Fairies). It is buzzing with bees and a lot of birds, feels like you entered a different world. The store at the front where you make payments have fertilisers, seeds, plant food and also potting mixes and a small selection of pots. All in all a great place to shop and is great to take you kids as well as it also features a Cafe. The prices are reasonable and you can save more if you have signed up for the Dawsons Card, Also the team are friendly and always happy to help.

Beautiful place, old garden with old Wisteria covered pergola. Service always pleasant and helpful.

This place is still amazing. I haven't been here in 35+ years. It hasnt changed since i was a child. There are soooo many plants and ornaments and sections to look through. Take a break at the cafe for a coffee and cake at half time looking around the centre.There's ample parking and wheelchair access.Dawson's us on Hale Road, just off Tonkin highway, which makes for finding the centre easily.This is where I found my hybrid tea, Mr Lincoln." Can't wait for the highly scented blooms!"

Good stock of plants, had lots of interesting herbs, seedlings and edibles you don't find in other shops. Service could be improved, felt like staff were more interested in closing up early than attending to the customers. Not one staff offered to help as they walked past everyone.

Friendly staff very knowledgeable about their plants if they don't have it they let you know where else has it. The Cafe is awesome. Still cheap enough and value for money. I love this place. The roses are amazing and the grounds are so well designed.

Great place to go shopping for plants and fruit trees. Lovely Cafe, good quality cakes, tea and coffee is a bonus
